The personal data necessary for the provision of the transport service is forwarded by Agapics AS to Itella Smartpost AS, Omniva OÜ, and DPD Eesti AS. In addition to the above, we have the right to transfer personal data to supervisory, investigative, and law enforcement authorities in cases specified in legislation.
