Payment and delivery of goods
When buying from the Online Store, you can pay for the purchases using bank links mediated by the Make Commerce. All product prices are in euros and include VAT. Transportation of goods is possible only within Estonia.
The goods are delivered by DPD, Omniva and Itella SmartPOST. To do this, select the appropriate delivery method and the location from the drop-down menu to which the products will be sent. The goods are usually dispatched on the same or the next working day after the transfer, and the delivery usually does not take longer than five working days.
- If a delivery date is selected during payment, we will try our best to deliver the order by that day.
- Delivery with DPD Courier is usually 2-3 working days across Estonia, together with order completion and delivery.
- The order arrives at the parcel machines with assembly within 2-3 working days.
- In Tallinn and Peetris, it is also possible to order delivery by Agapics courier Mon-Fri. Order completion and delivery usually 2-3 working days.
- The order usually arrives in the mailbox within 5 working days after dispatch.
- If the order has been placed at the Agapics office, the customer will be contacted after the order has been completed. Orders available locally from Agapics can be picked up from the office. The entrance to the office is through the glass door on the first floor.
Purchase
The Online Store has a picture and descriptive text for each product. To purchase, select the desired products from the product list, then click the "Add to cart" button. It is possible to modify the product quantity in product description, quick view and shopping cart. Once the item is selected, you must proceed to the cart located in the upper right corner. There you can see an overview of all the desired products, change the order quantity, and add a sale code. Next, you need to move on by clicking on the "Checkout" button. You can then choose whether you are the recipient of the invoice or whether you want an invoice under a different name. However, you must fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk and select the appropriate delivery method. Once you've read the terms of use and return, and checked the box, you can already proceed to the payment method options.
Modification or cancellation of the order
To modify or cancel the order, send us a letter to epood@agapics.ee or call 65 95 777 as soon as possible. If the cancellation is late for a filled balloon or inside written card order, it is not possible to cancel it.
Returns
According to the law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receiving the ordered goods, and to return the goods in unused form, without damaging the packaging. To do this, please contact us as soon as possible at epood@agapics.ee, and we will help. Online Store will return all product related fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract after receiving the withdrawal application. Return of said fees will be conducted immediately, but not later than fourteen calendar days after receival of products related to the withdrawal application. Online Store can decline returning of any products customized with handwritten inside text and filled balloons.
